Wonderfull shop the staff are beyond excellent work hard and are so helpful I no I'm a pain but have I left a multi coloured walking stick in your shop please

Desperately needs an inspection by head office. A total mess.
Very dingy, mouldy, smelly, dirty and depressing.
Windows are all blocked up so no natural light coming in. The staff should be complaining about this because I’m pretty sure it’s against employment law to do that.
I use to visit pound stretcher in my local town until it closed. It was always clean and well presented. The Scarborough store looked messy and the door handle was sticky and dirty when I left the store.
