“Came for a look round the park (21st Aug) as we are looking to purchase a caravan in the very near future. Can I just say we found the park amazing but more importantly bumped into a member of your staff (Lana) what a absolute credit to your company. Her knowledge was amazing but the amount of time she gave us telling us all about the park. If you read this could you please pass on our thanks?”

“Our experience at The Waives was absolutely delightful. From the impeccably clean and well-equipped room to the outstanding breakfast made with locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, every detail was top-notch. The beautifully decorated and spacious surroundings added an extra touch of comfort to our stay. While we regret not having the chance to meet Chris, Emma proved to be an exceptional host. Without a doubt, we look forward to returning to The Waives when we visit the area again.”

“Booked this room last minute for the night as we arrived in Scarborough quite late. The room was clean and rather spacious, the bed was comfortable and there was an added perk of a late check out. The room has a big TV too! The staff were lovely too - thank you for being so welcoming!

Only issue I had was the sink drain wasn’t fully cleaned, and thus partially blocked.”

“Very eager to help with our enquiry even though we were unsure of the size of bed/s we needed headboards for. Gave us all the info we needed to come back to them when we had checked things out.”

“The curtains in the main bedroom were faded and fraying ... definitely time to shop around for some new ones.
After all, they were coming up for 15 years of age so it was definitely time for a change.
Scarborough Dunelm is large, yet has clear signage so you can head straight for the department you need.
I found the curtain area easily.
I liked the way there were descriptions as to each curtain type, how they are 'hung' and the sizes were clearly visible.
I chose some 'blackout' grey curtains ('Lunar') and they fit perfectly.
The staff on the till were happy to answer my questions and there was even a discount at the till, which was a nice surprise, as the curtains I chose were part of a special offer.”

“Gorgeous room with great views, very clean and comfortable, bathroom very spacious and clean and very well supplied… the Spa facilities… absolutely loved it… could see myself having a membership if I were local❤️ All together one of my favourite stays in England.. oh yeah the service great, especially the front desk, lovely smiling polite girls. “Just a kind thought to say Very Big Thank You for nice Carvery you served very impressed also been to new Starbucks another highly recommended place to visit as i came with Coopers Tours in Grimsby N.E.Lincolnshire i was on a day trip to Bridlington and Scarborough but due to circumstances beyond the coach driver having a blow out in Bridlington i came on my own by EYMS bus number 13 so had a tour around for £2.00 i had a fantastic day out definitely be coming again next year so many thanks once again for great service from The Biggest Party Goer in Cleethorpes from Party Paul ? ? cheers once again.”

“Staff are absolutely amazing here can't do enough for you.

Stayed as a couple here a few times always spotless yestl the building is worn but goes for most building s in Scarborough. The council are responsible for outside and the shows sometimes.
But don't let that take away from the staff here who really care and will always do what they can to help with anything they can.
