“We visited the Scarborough store on 24/8/23,we were pleasantly helped and served by Lacie and purchased a beautiful locket and chain, Lacie showed confidence in her work and she was a polite friendly knowledgeable young lady,she shared her love of rottweilers which we have and had with us when browsing earlier in the week, Lacie 100% we will definitely be visiting again when in the area excellent staff member, wishing you well in your work ?”

“I took my nerves 11 year old daughter for the first time to have her ears pierced at Claire's Scarborough and the service received was next to none, we had a short wait due to people being in front of us however that wasn't a problem, Sophia (assistant manager) was brilliant at putting my daughter at ease by explaining everything beforehand and then explaining the home procedure following.
