Having been to the watch hospital before and received excellent service last time, we called in to see if they could replace the pin. Straight way the young chap ( sorry didn't get your name ) said he could do it while we waited. Less than 5 minutes, and my watch was repaired, what a kind gesture, as he said no charge. The young woman on, was just helping out at the store that day she said, but a massive commendation to her, she was absolutely superb with my daughter, reassuring her throughout, calming her, ensuring she had all the information she needed, showed her how to clean her ears, sanitised and washed hands/equipment, etc. Engaged with my other daughter whilst doing so. Had all her knowledge on the earrings and prices without even having to look, gave both my girls a lollipop and stickers at the end. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!”
