“Called in seamer store from Bridlington to browes as you do . we have had 2 sofas & snuggle chairs over the years from here .. one staff member told us they now NOT closing as just arranged a new 5 year lease THAT'S GREAT NEWS as we hope to buy another sofa by then :) amonst other items . So staff can stay .. hope they do has they so helpfull & freindly .. Next customer service is always top notch in our experiance .. Oh a Big shout for the lady we spoke to upstairs .. so so freindly and helpful .. Thanks ... Update called in again Sunday 2nd to pick replacement sofa but was told can't be done on Sunday but came home and was sorted on phone by nice lady on phone in mins. So Big thanks Next best customer service in world”

“This is a large Marks and Spencers ship located in the centre of Scarborough.Inside this shop you can buy good quality clothing items and there is also a food market.The high quality of the items is reflected in the price, I personally feel the clothes are overpriced, so I don't generally buy them.However, the food is often worth the extra money. For some reason, pink lady apples bought from Marks and Spencer's taste better than anywhere else.”

“I like the clothes in here but the sizes are weird because I fit in a size 20/22 normally and some things from there I can fit in a 16,18 or 20 but they don't do sizes above 20 which they really should because they would get more people in that way also the prices are good but some can be expensive”
“Fast delivery. Diffucult to reach by email, because 2 tshirts weren't deliverd. But via the online help chat I spoke with an agent/employee within 3 minutes and she refunded those tshirt within a minute. I received an email confirmation and she helped me with my return as well. Good quality clothes and very friendly. So my advice is to reach out to the online help chat, ask for an agent if you have any problems.”
