The customer service from one member of staff in particular is consistently appalling. The good news is they appear to have a new person who is a breath of fresh air!!

Transferred my repeat prescription to chemist who have excellent customer service and treat their customers with respect. After my last visit to Aston Pharmacy I was treated so badly by the woman behind the counter I sent a complaint. Not something I would normally do because I appreciate that we all have bad days.
