“I was unable to get a GP Appointment & was referred to the Pharmacy by the surgery. I had a wasp sting on my foot which after 7 days with no problems suddenly became inflamed and a large blister appeared. I presented at the pharmacy & was seen by the Clinical Pharmacist (Sultan) within 10 minutes of my arrival. We had a private consultation and he prescribed a penicillin antibiotic after asking all the relevant safety questions regarding allergies etc. He was caring and empathetic and I left the pharmacy secure in the knowledge that my problem will clear up after my course of tablets. Excellent service. I would have no hesitation in asking for a referral to this Pharmacy in the future. Many thanks to Sultan and the counter assistant who greeted me.”

Misty, who helped me sort frames, lens type etc, measured me for glasses and the lenses. What a lovely person, always keen to help and smiling, organised and efficient! The pharmacist I saw was fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful, cleaning me up and giving me advice on how to manage my wounds.
