Their website states that they are open until noon on Saturdays, as does the sign outside the branch. I placed an order, picked up a vehicle capable of collecting it and arrived at 11.30 to find the place shuttered and locked. Complete and utter waste of time.

Had to ask for quick delivery of flood proofing materials for an older relative, due to an incoming storm. Lewis B there managed to arrange delivery by Tony the same day, which was a huge relief. Really helpful team, absolute lifesavers. Thanks very much!
