“Popped into Screwfix Ripon recently for a quick supply run for a pizza oven repair project and was genuinely blown away by the level of service. I didn’t catch the names of the staff, but every single person I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and completely down-to-earth.

They didn’t just point me in the general direction of what I needed — they guided me to the right items, helped with sizing, and even kindly assisted in getting some of the screws out of their packaging to make sure I had exactly what I needed.

You could tell they weren’t just doing their job — they actually cared. Super amenable, approachable, and professional without being pushy or salesy. Just decent people, doing great work.
