Rude woman really need to improve customer service. Mislabled item with “incorrect” discounted price. The woman told us that she “didn’t work there” so it wasn’t her fault… she is there everytime we go in. She was just unnecessarily rude.

Due to a foot injury I had to delay collection of my order from the Ripon branch. The female member of staff whom I spoke to about delaying my collection was incredibly helpful and even though I live outside their delivery area, she was able to combine a trip to Harrogate with a drive over to Wetherby to drop off my case... read full comment
