“Due to a foot injury I had to delay collection of my order from the Ripon branch. The female member of staff whom I spoke to about delaying my collection was incredibly helpful and even though I live outside their delivery area, she was able to combine a trip to Harrogate with a drive over to Wetherby to drop off my case of wine. Well over above the expected level of service. Bravo!”
