“My wife bought me a shirt from Trinity Fashion in November 2021 whilst we were on holiday in Richmond. The shirt was going to be a Christmas present. Due to circumstances I have not had an opportunity to try the shirt on before my birthday which was in February. Unfortunately after trying the shirt on for the first time I found it to be a little on the small size. I contacted Trinity Fashion and asked them if they would be prepared to exchange the shirt for a bigger size,. not expecting the answer to be yes, as it had been nearly 3 months from the original time of purchase. The exchange has now taken place and I cannot praise the actions/service of Trinity Fashion highly enough.”
