AVOID! Family 40th birthday meal and the food was the probably the worst meal we’ve ever had. Mince on the nachos were grey in colour and obviously frozen and reheated. Very disappointing. Ordered some calamari in panko breadcrumbs which was frozen and not panko breadcrumbs! They gave you a grand total of 3 calamari for £8.50! Nacho’s were okay, however the quality of the mince was low. Mains were also poor. 2 people had the pies with cold dry pastry and cold veg. Fish and chips were... read full comment

Had a great weekend here with the walking gang. A wonderful pub, good beer, and my room was clean, large and had a huge bath !And thanks to Tracey for taking care of us so well at breakfast time.
