Please can you explain to me why your staff told my parents that ee is no good for them and to go and get a phone from argos?? That is appalling service. I have been a ee customer before probably longer than the staff working there have been alive. Looking forward to hearing your excuses

Don't go here!!!!! I upgraded my phone through ee business and asked to collect phone from northallerton store. The girl was polite but obviously new and wasn't sure what to do (everyone has to learn) The man was just bloody rude!!!! Obviously upset that I hadn't upgraded through the shop.
