“Not being too knowledgeable on mobile phones the member of staff who helped me was excellent. Despite the shop being quite busy at the time he was patient and as a result I purchased a phone. I'm delighted with the phone and very pleased with the service I received. Certainly would recommend this store.”

“Went into the Northallerton branch of CEX yesterday and was served by a Scottish bloke who went out of his way to be helpful, patient and extremely professional. Returned a game today that wasn't working, he apologised and put it through their disc cleaner, it now works. He was again really helpful and kind. Only down side was my son got upset because he said the other assistant was rude and impatient.”
