“I purchase a new iPhone 15 and tried to transfer my information from my old iPhone. It did not work at home after trying 5 times. So I went to O2 in Northallerton and explained my problem, the gentleman was very helpful. I felt he went above and beyond in helping me, no sale was forthcoming but that did not affect the service.

“Went into the Northallerton branch of CEX yesterday and was served by a Scottish bloke who went out of his way to be helpful, patient and extremely professional. Returned a game today that wasn't working, he apologised and put it through their disc cleaner, it now works. He was again really helpful and kind. Only down side was my son got upset because he said the other assistant was rude and impatient.”
