It was very uncomfortable in store due to a lack of space. I felt as if my visit and inspection was rushed with many normal steps in the eye test not taking place. I came away with no confidence in what I was told due to the rushed checks on my eyes.

I wasn't kept waiting; I was seen as soon as I arrived at the store. I had a very full and comprehensive eye test conducted in a friendly and professional manner.
