“My family and I use this pharmacy on a weekly basis for multiple prescriptions. Everyone in the pharmacy always go out of their way to make sure all prescriptions are received and fulfilled on time, even doing a drop off service for my elderly parents who are housebound. They have been proactive in sorting out any problems with receiving prescriptions from the doctors surgery, contacting the surgery personally to chase up or query problems on our behalf if they've had to, to make sure we receive items on time. Since starting their electronic service, things have got even more streamlined and easier to do, which is a great help to us all. The only minor issue I can find is that the pharmacy no longer opens on Saturdays, which for me, as someone who works a full time job all week, can be a little frustrating if I can't make it after work to collect. However, on these rare occasions, they have been very helpful and have even come to deliver my items on one occasion as I needed it urgently. They are very approachable and I feel that if I had a problem, I could speak to them and a resolution would be found. All in all, if you are looking for a local, efficient, friendly pharmacy, who actually take time to get to know you and your family, then you can't go wrong with the Oval Pharmacy who are always willing to help.”

Visited for the first time on a Friday around midday. Wasn't too busy.

Visited the pharmacy and then did a shop using the app to scan my shopping.

Store layout a little strange. Toilets are at the entrance though which makes it easier if you need to use.

When you walk into the store itself you walk straight into the clothing and toy / gift section.
It's not the biggest I've ever seen but looked stocked appropriately.

Found it strange that the alcohol aisle is right in the middle of groceries but I suppose the lay out of the store is set up based upon what they sell the most maybe?

Store was clean. When I got to the checkout the staff were easy to approach and helpful.

Overall not a bad asda to visit due to the vast amount of parking, but the store is quite small.”
