Lovely Sunday carvery , good that they accommodate portion sizes! Small, regular and large with a good choice of 3 meals and a delicious dessert menu as well!

visited on Sunday for the carvery with my wife and two small dogs.Very welcoming staff and friendly locals. The best sunday Carvery I have ever had, all fresh veg and the meat was thickly cut and ample. Will definitely be visiting again and perhaps even stay on the car park in our motorhome as per the invite and have more of the same great service and food. Thank you.

Just popped in on our day out both got Sunday carvery... beautiful.. great portions of meat very tender helped ourselves to sum veg great choices took a little doggy back home we will be back thank you

Absolutely mint night, went in for a quite beer and ended up having a blast.... as per the last review it was mega! Lads stripping, daggs barking and drinks flowing all with a strong side of banter... what more could you want from a night in the local pub. I can vouch for the little dog, he's usually quite placid but was a bit lairy after being in the company of such a magnificent hound and drinking the head off of 15 pints

Unfortunately, although advertised as a family friendly pub, it was very rowdy on the Friday at 9pm when they were still letting children in. I was with two teenage family members and there was a group of rugby lads stripping, naked, with everything on show, standing on the restaurant tables. No staff were intervening which is disgusting when children were still in the pub. We also had another incident where we had our golden retriever with us and waiting at the bar to pay, a little sausage type dog went for our dog. We later realised it was a staff members dog! There was no apology in sight, just excuses that the dog had ?little dog syndrome?. One of the owners had his hand round their dogs mouth to stop him biting! If it had been my dog trying to bite their dog it would have been a different story and it would have likely been headlined everywhere due to him being much bigger.

been to day for the carvery absolutely lovely 5 adults 2 kids and a small take away dinner as well no problem and gluten free Yorkshire pudding that was pre booked staff very friendly and brilliant will be back

we had the carvery today and the beef tasted bland and sour the young man that took our plates and didn't ask what was wrong with the meat we had left and when we paid at the bar we told the lady taking our money and she said she would tell them about the beef but didn't apologise either nice vegetarian lunch though and will not return

Popped in for a nibble whilst working.
Latte and the mac cheese.
Not cheap, but very nice.
I liked the layout and the variety of tables/chairs.
My customers told me they had really good beer.
I even managed to park a midi coach in the car park!
