Avoid if possibleThis restaurant added 2 x meals to my bill and 5 emails later and a copy of my receipt submitted, they have not refunded me. A busy and atmospheric village pub between Helmsley and Kirkbymoorside on the A170 (road linking Thirsk & Scarborough). Local beers and real ales, flavoured gins, wines without additives, and freshly ground coffee. Simple pub grub, Sunday Carvery, pie nights, pub favourites & sharing platters as well as Thai dishes, either dine-in or for take-away. All food is homemade in our new kitchen. Desserts and cakes too. Dog friendly. Large car park and beer garden, including covered outdoor drinking and dining spaces.
