“A really lovely shopping experience. Pleasant, friendly and very helpful staff, totally different from a lot of stores I’ve visited. We were welcomed into the store, told nicely to ask if help needed, and left to browse. The manager was excellent, the staff so well trained, just a pleasure from start to finish. I was made aware that if I signed up for emails I would get a 15% discount…..brilliant. Looking forward to returning next time we’re in Harrogate. ❤️”

“I visited M&S Harrogate today 27/8/2025 at about 5.20. Looking for a particular pair of trousers. I spoke to the delightful Esther and she was so helpful (and she smelt delicious) - can I say that? “What a fabulous shop. Was up in Yorkshire and managed a last minute appointment- did not expect to find THE dress today but the lovely support fabulous choices and comfy environment for my mum and sister to give their input and I was torn between 2 dresses at the end . Highly recommend this as a fantastic retail experience - and of course pop upstairs for a food sensation.”
