Placed an order for a shoe and instantly got refunded as it was out of stock. A few days later, it was back in stock so I placed an order & got refunded a second time ! That’s TWO CANCELLED ORDERS! Completely unprofessional!

Ordered shoes two weeks ago, no updates. Called after a week and they said there was a delay and it would be leaving the warehouse shortly. Called a week later and the shoes hadn’t arrived at the warehouse? Incredibly poor given the usual delivery and communication from most businesses these days.
