Was up in Yorkshire and managed a last minute appointment- did not expect to find THE dress today but the lovely support fabulous choices and comfy environment for my mum and sister to give their input and I was torn between 2 dresses at the end . Highly recommend this as a fantastic retail experience - and of course pop upstairs for a food sensation.”

“The only thing I would change in M&S cafe Harrogate would be the high partitions,
I had a bad experience Saturday 17 November,
I found a table as usual while my wife ordered our food,
Because she couldn't see where I was I stood up to let her know where,
A senior lady put her bags on the seat on the other side of the table,
I said politely that I had chosen the table and just stood up to let my wife know,
However I politely said I would sit at the next table,
It wasn't a I politely exchange but little odd,
I was stared at by a person who had nothing to do with it and didn't get the whole picture,
I didn't say anything to the man but only to keep the elderly lady happy,
Please lower these partition as it's better for light and more convenience,
Staff there are faultless and very helpful,
Food is ok too,
