“Went to the Harrogate branch this morning 13th November 2023 and was greeted by Jack who was only too happy to sort out my sim card problem which I brought on myself I might add. He was polite and ran me through everything he was doing and I was leaving 15 minutes later fully sorted. 5 stars for Jack and the Harrogate branch, Well recommended.”

“Far more organised than Leeds store, which I reviewed yesterday. I had a voucher to spend so I figured I would get rid of it after my shocking experience in Leeds. However, to my surprise the Harrogate store was very organised and tidy. The staff were friendly and were quick and efficient, all working hard as opposed to the Leeds branch, if anything they seemed understaffed. There was a customer who was being completely horrendous in the store and the way the staff dealt with him was commendable too, remained polite to the customer even though he was being awful to them. Didn’t catch the guy name who served me but he was a tall guy with a beard and had a few tattoos but well done for dealing with that guy! If I choose to use CEX again I will defo go to Harrogate and not Leeds”
