“This is the local sorting office where I have to go if the postie couldn't deliver a parcel because I was out. On the plus side, it's easy to park as it has its own car park, but on the downside, it's a bit difficult to find. You take the Stokesley Road, and then turn left down a little road that it's easy to miss. Then it winds about a bit and suddenly you see the Royal Mail sign. Another negative point is that it's only open to the public for about half a day and there is always a queue, no matter what time of day you turn up! The queues seem to take forever - even if there are only a couple of people ahead of me, it still seems to take ages. The staff are not exactly overflowing with customer service skills and eagerness to help.”
