“Visited the Middlesbrough Depot today to enquire about my tracked package due for delivery.Essentially a timing interface glitch had occurred between my payment of import fees to HM Customs and the subsequent payment confirmation being notified to the depot.The Customer Service Lady on reception at the depot was absolutely brilliant and quickly resolved the issue and enabled me to collect my package.In addition she helped me whilst I ensured the the contents of my delivery and everything else was in order and I was fully satisfied.A very sincere thank you and apologies that I forgot to get your name to directly highlight.I can confirm my delivery had been well cared for by Parcelforce throughout its long journey and was in perfect condition.Thanks to all at Middlesbrough Depot - 5* service!”
