Paige, on the phone when I first contacted them was fantastic and James in the shop couldn't have been more helpful as well as other staff in house. I will recommend people use Screw Fix before the big ones where you are just left to get on with it.”

But the main reason I'm doing this review is because of a brilliant member of staff who assisted me (Matt) has been dragged up properly, with manners and great customer service skills I couldn't ask for better.
