We had a sample piece which seemed alien to everyone as the original fitters had used something different to expected.3 of the team came to look and make a recommendation and we were chaperoned by a younger lad (forget his name!) And he showed us the best option. My partner had a million questions and he dealt with them all professionally and reassured her. Whilst talking another member of staff came out and asked if we were being looked after and if we needed any help we were in the right hands.We mentioned we only needed a small part but would purchase the whole board. The chap said he'll try find a damaged one and see if any discount can be applied. Once he spoke to management, we were given a discount and he even handsawed it down so it'd fit in the car.All in all, a credit to the business from start to finish. Not everyone is a tradesman that knows the names of everything they need, and this kind of service goes a long way.A credit to the business, all of them.”
