“Having had used Kwik Fit near my home town and not having had good experiences I was a little panicked when on our way home from a trip away the car started to shake horrendously. We parked up on a layby called the RAC, however we're not keen to wait as we had little children with us. So we decided to call the nearest Kwik Fit to us, in Thetford. What a breath of fresh air! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They asked us to bring the vehicle to them, to allow them to prop it up on the ramp to find the problem. We slowly drove down to the garage, the staff immediately took the vehicle from us, test drove it before putting it on the ramp. Immediately they found the cause, the front two tires were bulging! They showed us the tires and offered us replacements... Which we did. Within half an hour we were back on the road. The staff at this branch were absolutely brilliant, they knew what they were doing and ensured that they kept us in the loop throughout. They put us at ease and fixed the car for us... We had another 2.5 hour journey home, so we're so greatful for the quick service. The fact that we had no appointment and were seen to and taken care of so quickly and brilliantly I was really pleased. An amazing branch, with an amazing set of staffThey are all a credit to the company.”
