“Went yesterday to try and replace a valve of a very old copper hot water cylinder was not to sure if I would be able to buy a new part that was the same the two guys were realy helpful and up for a laugh and funny”

“After a failed Mot on Friday a new part was required before my daughter’s car could pass. The part would not be available until Monday. I explained she needed to get back to Leister for work on Monday but we decided to get the car fixed first. Manager managed to get the part delivered late Saturday and rang us to arrange fitting the part on Sunday allowing my fairer to go back to Leister for work on Monday.”

“Notice a lot of reviews here from people who don't understand a trade counter, and what's involved. Went in yesterday for a battery and was served by Lottie who was extremely pleasant and helpful. Prices were good, all options available explored. Don't listen to the bad reviews - order ahead of time and then collect, or be prepared to wait with people that haven't - It isn't Tesco.”

“When coming into my local Halfords I was told the cost of the item I wanted to purchase for my sons birthday had gone up in price ( In store) a lovely customer assistant told me if I purchase online it would be discounted and within my £85 budget she helped with this as I was having some difficulty getting onto to website, as it kept crashing. She persisted and finally I got what I came for. Without her help I was going to look on Amazon for a cheaper alternative. So thank you Halfords of kings lynn.
