“I would like to thank the Sheringham office for doing all they could to find a parcel I sent to my best friend in Sheringham from the USA. I had lost hope it would ever make it but somebody there personally tried to help her to locate it since both my friend and I could not track it with the system being down. I know there are a lot of problems with the RM these days as a whole but that doesn’t mean individual employees are at fault. They are working hard and as for the Sheringham sorting office I have to say THANK YOU for going above and beyond, you just made my day!!! I miss Sheringham even more now.
