The rudest staff I have ever come across The female member of staff needs to learn some Manners and not treat people they she does what an example to the young children in the shop Well she has just lost a contract for two people

No wonder this company is going downhill. I have spent a whole day trying to sort a problem out with them to get no response or no help whatsoever will not be returning. I even went to the NORWICH branch who was equally as unhelpful.

I was talked into having Vodafone broadband and landline when visiting the store for mobile upgrade. Salesman told me that I would keep my original landline number no problem (which I have had over twenty years) which i really wanted to keep.
