“The staff at Castle Mall Boots Opticians are brilliant. They are all really friendly and helpful. We have had a great experience with myself for glasses and contacts and now most recent my 2 children. Even when the frames are not quite comfortable the staff have been amazing. I would recommend 100%.

The only downside i have to mention, its really difficult to get through on the phone lines if you need to speak to someone, which is understandable due to the store always being fairly busy however when you do eventually get through the staff are really helpful again.”

“This review is for the new owners of Wellbeing Pharmacy, Coltishall which is under new management from the previous (Well) pharmacy. Many of the reviews on here are for the previous company. I visited today as needed migraine medication (prescribed) that had been left at home by a visitor to Coltishall. They could not have been more helpful. They looked up the patient details and arranged for an emergency prescription to be provided. Kind, courteous and very helpful . Great to have this facility in the village. Thank you.”

“Boots Loddon Pharmacy and Chemist is a much valued asset in the community. We are lucky to have such an excellent pharmacist in Riel and all the staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly. It was a great relief for me to call the pharmacy this morning (10/03/18) and get advice on medication for my husband. The shop, although not large, is well stocked and any product not in stock can be ordered. My husband and I would like to extend a big thank you to all the staff. “Fantastic Patient/Customer Service Due to my medical condition I have used this pharmacy since 2004 and can’t recommend them highly enough for all there expertise professionalism and care they all provide. All staff go above and beyond there call of duty to help the patients ( especially myself ) gain a better knowledge of there medication and health conditions and medication. Even when faced with hurdles thrown at them from 3rd parties they adapt to the condition never loosing there professionalism and always keeping the patient informed at all times.
