Just cannot get to talk with any branch member. Tried 5 times and it keeps saying 'sorry all our advisers are busy and we canot handle your enquiry' please use our online banking service'. I cannot use online banking for my enquiry. Very disappointed in Lloyds but then it seems other banks are much the same.

Handy out of city branch with parking , has a cash point outside which is handy , friendly staff too.
