“Not a good place to hold up, there's only one exit and it's a long way from the money. Furthermore outside is a pedestrian area so makes for a very obvious getaway car, or you're on foot. Once you even get to the road, there's not a lot of scope due to the one way system. Probably best heading down Duke Street, but that's always congested so you'll probably get caught.However, if you're after regular banking services it's fine.”

“Great service.The manageress there is Lovely and helped me and mum to a standard that was above and beyond! Chelmsford branch are corrupt and haven't helped mum in years after losing almost £30.000 yet manageress of Norwich branch was excellent. Had me put on mum's account for safety and ordered new cards (haven't arrived yet but) my experience of cooperative bank was it's just crap,but she changed my opinion (of Norwich branch) at least. Thank you and we will be back despite moving now! Great lady ;)”

“We came into the Halifax in Norwich yesterday (Thursday 23rd July). We had trouble with transferring money and a few other problems.My husband and I are elderly so our daughter accompanied us. We were helped by the most patient young man ever named Harry. We had so many problems but he kindly resolved them all for us and we understood exactly where we were at each stage. Harry was so very kind in helping us and we were extremely grateful for his valued attention he was able to give us!”
