Friendly and helpful service. Never get annoyed when I have messed up my order and need something in a hurry.

It's never open at 9am as it says on the opening times. I left at 9:10am as it was clear they weren't opening soon (lights off etc). Change the opening times to half 9 if you need to. At least your customers would know how long to wait.

Staff are always polite and helpful, no problems to date.
Maybe it's the attitude of certain types of customer.
