Pretty unimpressed by both the product (502) and the response in store when I complained. The jeans were bought about 4 months ago and cost over £100 and they are already showing signs of significant wear, holes developing and the elastic woven into the cotton is giving up. The store manager told me the wear is normal...

Had a lovely shopping experience in the Norwich store today. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Fetching me various styles and sizes to try. I purchased a pair of Baggy Dad jeans.Excellent customer service.

Store manager or supervisor was rude and unhelpful, refusing to accept return of jeans. Won't be shopping here again
