Popped into the Cafe for a quick beverage.
Velvetised Dark 85% Hot Chocolate with a Double Espresso
Wife had a lovely Tea
Boy had a Velvetised Mint Chocolate Shake
Drinks were amazing.
The Staff were equally Epic, with pleasant Humour and Chat. Efficient Service and general politeness.
Will be back for beverages of epic potentiality in world desperate despair.

Went to get chocolates for a special occasion. For a wedding present in fact. Lovely friendly person who served me. Beautiful chocolates they are expensive but well worth it.

Welcome atmosphere, excellent friendly service, so clean ,ambient place to come and have a wonderful Milky hot chocolate with whipp cream VIP.Me 20%off every day we visit the Hotel Chocolat for amazings hot drinks and chocolate sweets. We gave 5 Stars as we come on regular base.

Really lovely shop and welcoming staff. The chocolate is beautifully packaged, as always, and the adjoining cafe is cute and serves delicious hot chocolate. Everything is a bit pricey but it's nice for buying gifts or treating yourself.They do a student discount (10% off) and have a loyalty card which is worth getting if you buy gifts here often.

Really good hot choc with lots of vegan options. Definitely sign up to the VIP club before visiting for 20% off drinks!Vegetarian options: All veggie with a large number of vegan options. All clearly labelled.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and gluten free labelled on the menu.

I'm absolutely enamored with the diverse array of chocolate offerings at Hotel Chocolat outlets. During my recent trip to Norwich, I couldn't resist indulging in their exceptional winter hot chocolate at the Chantry Place location. A definite must-visit, especially on chilly New Year days. This exquisite beverage surpassed my expectations, earning its place on my 2023 list of standout winter hot chocolates. Apologies for the delay in sharing this delightful find.

Poorly organised shop very dark and vegan options not clear.Helpful staff helped me exchange the milk version for my mum's vegan christmas chocolates thanks so much xxVegetarian options: Hard to find vegan chocolates unless you skim the labels. Kinda depressing how there are only two vegan items that seem like a decent present.

I was looking forward to having a hot drink with a friend at Hotel Chocolat but it?s odd. The seating area isn?t inviting, the girls behind the counter didn?t really acknowledge me when I walked in even though I said ?hi?.There were several dirty tables that hadn?t been cleared and the girls behind the counter were just chatting.When our drinks were ready they just shouted our order.My mocha was OK, the flavour of the coffee was bland and the dark chocolate flavour non-existent. It was £4.45 for a regular which is overpriced.My friend loved her hot chocolate but it was over filled and leaked cream.There are so many excellent independent coffee shops in Norwich - I would rather give them my money not MARS.

I was served my Lindsay and my experience was great . I was having a bad day but Lindsay was so kind and cheery that she made my day much better ! Would really recommend coming to this branch service is great and food is also great !
