Simply appalling. Staff aren't trained to do anything. They couldn't even use the app! Halifax simply pushing people online so they can shut the branch. Did what I needed to do online but what would've taken 10 minutes in person took just under 2hrs waiting 10 to 15 minutes for customer service to reply to each of my answers.... read full comment

In branch customer service has slipped in Halifax. People who wish to have desk service now have to wait simply to be served this is a highly inefficient and counterproductive system along with the fact there’s only one person on a desk of three people simply won’t hang around and will likely find a better service.
