It was 5 stars ⭐️ service from the Phone call I made to book my appointment to the attention I received at the practice. I want to personally thank Katy the receptionist, Donna and Nicole the clinical assistants, Kerry the dispensing optician and finally Aine the Optometrist. Thanks for your professionalism and attention, I truly had an enjoyable time. “Visited the Optical Centre for a NHS eye injury appointment after a foreign object had become embedded in my eye after cycling. I cannot fault the optometrist who removed the object with care and skill. Not a huge fan of eyes, but he completed the task with assurance and politeness. I do not wear glasses, but will attend eye tests in the future there without hesitation. Friendly atmosphere overall. Thank you again.”

“From start to finish, everything went incredibly smoothly. My eye test was thorough, checking for abnormalities at the back of my eye. After my eye test, I was given plenty of time to choose my frames. For an eye test, I would say, was an enjoyable experience. Just waiting now for my new glasses.”

“Excellent service and the change from normal prescription glasses to the correct tinted prescription lenses is life changing. Been using blue overlays for years as best I can but she was able to find a specific tint from two colors that suits me as an individual neither were blue and having the bespoke tint in the glasses has made everything easier to do. riding my motorbike, working on the tools using my laptop, all of them are easier on my eyes now. massive change in my reading speed. highly recommend upgrading to the color tinted lenses.”

“On entering the store all of the staff that went on to deal with me were professional, polite, helpful and very understanding especially relating to my deafness. They were patient in explaining everything regarding my eye test, what lenses were advisable and what the cost would be. I only waited seven days to collect my glasses in store and member of staff made sure they fit correctly and that I was happy with them.”

“My husband and I went to the branch 2 weeks ago, to order our glasses to be serviced by Luke. Luke is a credit to your branch, very attenditive and had lots of time to sort my glasses for,we asked if we would see him for our appointment today and he would see if he was working. He was and he came to serve us again today, a very pleasant and helpful and delivered excellent customer service. Hope he is still there in 2 years time.”
