“The best decision that I've made. I had contemplated having Laser eye surgery for about 4 years and kept putting it off. The consultation appointment went really well at Leicester Optical Express, I was seen by Pretti, who explained everything really well and was very warm and welcoming. I booked my surgery there and then, the team was so nice and found me appointments within 4 weeks. I had my Surgery at Nottingham Optical Express, the Surgeon Sajit, was really good, very professional and made me feel very comfortable. It was reassuring to know he had done these surgeries more than 45,000 times. The surgery (lasik iDesign) was very quick and took about 20 minutes, and I could see instantly. The after care appointments went well. I would definitely recommend getting Lasik done!”

“Yesterday 09 01 23 I had my eyes tested at Boots Opticians in Leicester. I was dealt with by three different members of staff, they all acted in a professional manner at all times, but were also friendly and polite. My appointment was at 11:00 but was seen at 10:50 no waiting about. Within one hour I had my eyes tested and frames chosen with all the information given to me to make the correct choice for me so easy. We'll done all.”

“BEST EXPERIENCE EVER,Went to get my glasses fixed and realised I was due for an eye test. They had a slot in the next 15 mins. Went for my check up and the optometrist was absolutely amazing he did a scan on my eyes and gave me some great advice you can tell that he really did care.As I needed new glasses the lady at the front was fantastic, supper attentive and great conversation after picking some Tom Ford glasses I went and got my lenses thinned and they even accepted my blue light card discount.Great waiting area with water and really cool air conditioning will definitely be returning in the future. “Popped into Boots Opticians Beaumont Leys today to see if they could repair my broken glasses. I'd broken off one of the plastic nose clips. They replaced both of them whilst I did a bit of shopping, and when I collected them, the lovely ladies told me there's no charge for this service, It was free of charge. Fantastic service from a very professional team, and this is why I will only use Boots Opticians and no one else. Thanks again girls.”
