“Professional and friendly service as soon as I arrived for my appointment, I was anxious about having my eyes tested as a previous experience with Specsavers resulted in logging a formal complaint about their service and awful treatment. My experience today at Boots Coalville was the complete opposite, clear instruction on what was happening in the various tests, the Optician took the time to show me my OCT scan and explain parts of my results, will definitely be returning to Boots in the future”
