“Made my first visit on a friend's recommendations back in July. What a breath of fresh air. Very professional environment but with a lovely friendly greeting on arrival and throughout the appointment.Called in on spec yesterday morning to enquire about prescription sun glasses. Left an hour later having been assisted with the choice and order submitted. Have to admit it was a quiet time that allowed this to happen and I had the time. I was expecting just to pop in and make an appointment. What is there not to love!!! Good traditional customer focused service.”

I was served quietly and with curtesy checking for new hearing aids . Calling much later I was supplied with fresh batteries with no hassle also new tubes without asking.”
