So could you explain why you are charging £6.99 for a tube of Arnica Cream when you can buy it for a £1 I've noticed loads of stuff you can literally buy for £1 yet you have trebled the prices

Absolutely horrible place, the staff make it such an unpleasant experience. Multiple times I have gone in and been spoken too rudely. And when I’ve asked to put repeats in for my medication I’ve been huffed at and made to feel like I’m inconveniencing them.
