Great service.The manageress there is Lovely and helped me and mum to a standard that was above and beyond! Chelmsford branch are corrupt and haven't helped mum in years after losing almost £30.000 yet manageress of Norwich branch was excellent. I was told by the online banking service to contact my local branch but was not given a direct number. I waited 24 minutes for my call to the helpline to be answered and was given the number of my branch. I rang three times, no one answered and there was no facility to leave a message. A piss poor service!

Horrendous experience to talk to someone via phone. I waited at least 20 for an answer and even then they couldn't hear me. Please get telephone operators with english as their first language! I now have to go to Norwich 80 miles to get my signature confirmed so i can link to my xero account.
