“I just wanted to share a quick note about my experience at Evans Cycles today. I went in for a minor issue that I couldn’t resolve on my own, and I was fortunate enough to be assisted by Camlo. I must say, the customer service I received was fantastic. Camlo was extremely helpful and made sure that my request was taken seriously, without making me feel silly for needing help with a small matter. It was a pleasant and efficient visit, and I left the store feeling very satisfied. Kudos to Camlo for their excellent service!”

“Though busy for Christmas. Staff are a plenty, pleasant and helpful, which made it much more easier to shop. Will definitely be using the place again for all my toy needs.”

“Like an Aladdin's cave with wonderful things to find in every corner. The store is separated nicely into categories (tents, biking, fishing, camping, clothing etc). The only issue with this is that some of the sections feeling a little squashed in. For example they had loads of great looking bikes but they were properly wedged in together so you couldn't really get a great look at them.

The staff were helpful but not at all pushy and there is a sizable customer car park.”

“Always loved sports direct but I think it's even better now it inside House of Fraser, It just feels more spacious and easier to see stuff. Can't knock their prices either, they have a great collection of stuff too.”

“Great Store & Great Staff.I went in to buy gym/swim stuff for our family, a staff member called Brandon helped look for sports top in my large 20 size and found one. Branden was patient, understanding and helped get the items from the high shelves. Once we got home we found out that my daughters swim suit didn't fit, we went back the next day and asked the manager Paul if we could exchange it for a larger size, he said yes went to the till. At the till there was Amelia, Juditc, & Aleesha, they were all very helpful and exchanged the swim suit for the size that will fit with no hassle. One of the girls was nice and chatty and even showed an interest and asked if my daughter was taking swimming lessons, which she is, and I found that nice to have a little natter while sorting the exchange out.I'd heard so many bad things about returns and this shop but on my own personal experience I've had no issue whatsoever and will continue to shop here. As every staff member I met was very polite, helpful and understanding.”
