“Jordan and his friend were ver helpful in explaining the difference between wheel bike valves. Also enabling me to get the most out of Halfords Premier car club. In addition to pumping up my tyres and carrying one of my Brompton bikes to the car as it was raining. Jordan also brilliant , line Father Christmas on Miracle on 34th Street. Knew that they could not service one of the specialised bikes but was able to give me details of a special shop. We will definitely use Halfords again. What they do not know they are willing to find out more. Moreover., with everything going on Jordan put my phone in a secure area till I returned at closing time. This was Really appreciated!!! “I went in to buy a pair of walking shoes. The gentleman who helped me find the right pair for my needs stayed with me ensuring that I had the right fit and comfort. I was so impressed that I ended up buying two pairs.”

I continued to look around the store and then I finally paid and was served by a smiley lady called Grace.

“I bought 2 e mountain bikes here 2 years ago. Great service especially when one had a motor fault. Replaced the motor very quickly. Excellent. Recently had the e-bikes stolen of the back of my campervan by some lowlife who sneaked up with bolt cutters in the middle of the night. Following an insurance claim I had to replace them via an online shop. BOTH delivered with a factory fault in the headset installation! Julie’s came to my rescue. Took them in Saturday morning and picked up Saturday afternoon. Very reasonable charge. Support this bike shop, their service is first class. I will be back.”
