The staff are a nightmare to talk to on the phone and talk down to you. I rented for a year and thank god I have left that branch. Awful company. I got locked in my own house as the door handle broke, and they didnt see it as an emergency and I had work to go to.

Great company that cares about its reputation! I have been renting a flat for over a year now and coopiraring with Arnolds Keys is really what I wish for all people! The representative is always in touch (thanks, Joe!). If something breaks, be it a window frame or a kitchen faucet, an agency representative will always help.From the moment I viewed the flat and until today, I have only positive emotions! I look forward to further cooperation with this company!

We lived in a flat which was managed by the Arnold Keys for 1 year and 3 months. Everything was great except some maintenance issues in the house while tenancy continues. The person we contacted during the tenancy was very helpful.After the end of tenancy I went back to the house for the checkout report and handover of the keys. I met with Catherine Hunt in the house she was there for the checkout report. I handover keys to her and she saw cupboard keys in my hands and she thought that keys were also for the flat she asked to me give that keys to her aswell. When I told her these were cupboard keys she treated me like I was lying and hiding the keys for the flat.In the beginning of the tenancy period there were marks in the bedroom ceiling. However in the end of the tenancy they claimed the deposit for the marks which were not left by us !!!. They also claimed 234 £ for the cleaning just for the water marks in the bathroom and dusts on top of the sockets in a 1 bedroom flat. Other parts of the house left very clean by us.We left the house 11 of march and we just got the unclaimed part of the deposit in 13 of april. We had to wait a month for get back our deposit.Please very careful when renting from this agency as they could not be honest in the check in report.

I highly recommend Arnold Keys as an estate agent. Their team in Norwich have been excellent throughout the entire process. I changed to use them after experiencing 4 sales fall through with another agency. Arnold Keys got multiple offers on my property and help choose the most suitable purchaser as a result the sale completed in good time. I believe this is down to good customer service and the staff really knowing their clients.

They handled the change of tenant, with quite a lot of repair and refurbishment in the interlude, efficiently. I was kept informed at all stages about options, costs and timings, and they managed everything for me. All that, and they added human touches: I always knew I was dealing with a person, not a system.

Good professional service. Small points. I was not informed that the references were complete and that the agreement could be completed until I telephoned yesterday. Fortunately, due to lockdown, I was available at short notice. Also, it is helpful that you now have an electronic signing facility. I was not however able to sign with my signature as that did not work either with my finger or an e-pen, so I had to type my name instead.

If I can recommend an Estate agent it would 1000% be Arnold keys, - Me and my partner had been looking for properties to rent for 3 months + With poor service from other estate agents. but when we Viewed with Arnold keys Not only were they responsive with their Viewing enquiry but they made the whole Process Quick easy and stress Free!We have now moved in to our new home because of Arnold Keys! The team led by Katie Mountain at Arnold?s Keys were extremely professional and proactive in marketing our property in Norwich in such challenging times. Everything from professional photography to EPC was carried out swiftly and we were on the market within days of instruction. They included a virtual viewing video which was very useful for buyers.
