The staff are a nightmare to talk to on the phone and talk down to you. I rented for a year and thank god I have left that branch. Awful company. I got locked in my own house as the door handle broke, and they didnt see it as an emergency and I had work to go to.

Great company that cares about its reputation! I have been renting a flat for over a year now and coopiraring with Arnolds Keys is really what I wish for all people!
