Acle medical are very helpful. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't thank them all enough and all I can say that we all do appreciate for what they do.

It's no wonder the NHS is on its knees, poor management and complete ignorance and disregard for patients' needs. To make an appointment over the phone, the waiting time is a month. I think this is ridiculous and not entirely acceptable. It is almost impossible to sign up for a simple (mandatory) test. I would not recommend Acle MedicalCentre! Very poor management!

I think this surgery has made some really good improvements to their service. I like the quick replies to online queries. On the whole very good, reception staff, pharmacy always very helpful.

It's a lovely village and surrounding area practice, very friendly and helpful members of staff and also benefits from a dispensary in the same building. As you would expect from a medical centre is also kept to very high standards of cleanliness.

Been with them all my life. Used to be an amazing surgery but now has been stripped to the bare bones, with some amazing reception staff having to do their best with a service that you have to be ill at the exact time on the right day and if the wind is in the right direction to be able to get in a call queue to get an appointment for a time when you will be 2 years older (that is if it is an emergency!). Service is through the floor bad.

Under obvious extreme pressure but they deliver.Excellent service, yes we had to wait, but they delivered and our concerns and worries were dealt with, and a management plan put it place. Thank you Dr Chandler.There are receptionists and then there is Kay, she always goes over and beyond, she is a credit , not just on this particular occasion but always.Thank you Kay.

The worst drs surgery I?ve ever had I wish I?d stayed in Norwich ! not only are the reception staff rude and unprofessional- they don?t put you on hold and you can hear them in the back ground taking and laughing but when I finally got an appointment the person I saw was unsympathetic and made several judgemental comments . I ended up walking out and when I complained the surgery just said ? oh we don't hire them they?re from nhs Norfolk and Suffolk trust. A week later all I got was an email saying sorry when I had requested the contact details to take this complaint further. My experience with this women who took my appointment made my health concerns worse and I was forced to go private for help.

Have spoken to both Dr Fisher and Dr Thallon during the past week regarding my medication. Both called me back very quickly and were incredibly kind and caring. I would highly recommend this practice, whose staff are working hard during these unprecedented times.

Multiple times I've used to phone system and been told I would get a call back from a doctor, yet I'm forgotten about. Yesterday I had a phone app with a nurse who told me to ring to come into the surgery today for a gave to face app as she deemed it fairly urgent. I'm yet awaiting on another call again later today as its a different person who will be ringing me so they may feel differently. I'm just being passed from pillar to post as always.
