Acle medical are very helpful. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't thank them all enough and all I can say that we all do appreciate for what they do.

It's no wonder the NHS is on its knees, poor management and complete ignorance and disregard for patients' needs. To make an appointment over the phone, the waiting time is a month. I think this is ridiculous and not entirely acceptable. It is almost impossible to sign up for a simple (mandatory) test. I would not recommend... read full comment

I think this surgery has made some really good improvements to their service. I like the quick replies to online queries. On the whole very good, reception staff, pharmacy always very helpful.
