Self-checkout works with a scale, so don't put your bag onto the bagging area. Bag items after payment or staff will have to come over and unlock your station again. A bit odd for people new to the system but besides that it works like a charm.”

“Was glad to find this M and S. A bit small but was able to find some decent underwear. Had a coffee and a cake too. Lovely helpful staff in the fitting rooms. Had spent a while looking for clothes, a lot of the shops were closed. But this one wasn't. Would recommend.”

You also get very good rates and loyalty points if you are a club card member. You also get clubcard points for buying fuel from the pump and the fuel is reasonably priced.”

“Click and collect staff very friendly :) we went sat 10th June, apparently was some sort of mix up with labelling machine and loads of our shopping had been given to someone else. Not click and collect staffs fault, they are all lovely. Told we would be refunded in 3 days time. All very well we just went to other tesco at gaywood and bought it all again 60 pounds worth. Good job we not low income. Very poor tesco.”
